dc.description.abstractSUMMARY This research was realized in laboratories of the Aegean University Agriculture Faculty Horticulture Department and a garden of a farmer on Hayward (female) and Tomuri (male) kiwi cultivare between 1993 - 1995 years. 11 was studied in two stages. First, fenologic observations were made by making observations in a garden regularly and the time of shooting, stimulation of buds, flowering, growing of fruits and time of harvesting were determined. Pornologic studies have been made after harvest. To make this, we separated the fruits in two groups. Analysis of fruits of one group were made after harvest immediately. The other group's ; was made after ing IS days and weight, length, width, total soluble solids content (TSS), acidity,TSS / acidity ratio, pH of the fruit juice were found. According to the results, many values increased and many values decreased if the fruits Besides, import kiwi fruit were analysied and compared with 11 tained results According to the resear kiwifruit which was grown in Aegoan Region nearly reached standarts of the imported fruids in terms of qualty.I think if a complate kiwi garden is set and culturel steps made succesfully we can get kiwifruits at world's Standard or beter.Kapama kivi bahçeleri kurulduğunda ve bakım işleri gereği gibi yapıldığı takdirde dünya standartlarına uygun ve hatta daha iyi düzeyde meyveler elde edilebileceği kanaatindeyimen_US
