dc.description.abstractÖZET Toprağın gevşekliği ve sıklığı, rutubetli ve kuru durumları, suyu alt tabakalara geçirmesi, su tutmaı kapasitesi, köklerin toprak içine nüfuzu, havalanma, bitki besin maddelerinin korunması ve bitki tarafından alınabilirliği, toprağın fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri ile sıkı ilişkisi olan kavramlardır. Toprağın hem fiziksel hem de kimyasal özelliklerini iyileştirmek ve bitki gelişimi açısından optimum koşullar hazırlayabilmek için toprağa bazı organik ve inorganik katkı maddelerinin katılması gerekmektedir. Bu araştırmada organik ve inorganik bazı katkı maddelerinin toprağın fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri ile nitrat oluşumu üzerine etkileri incelenmiş; cürufun perlite ve çöp gübresinin torf ve ahır gübresine ne ölçüde ikame edilebileceği araştırılmıştır. Toprak ile birlikte organik kaynaklı olarak ahır gübresi, çöp gübresi ve tortun, inorganik kaynaklı cüruf ve perlitle eşit hacimlerde oluşturulan kanşımlan, araştırma materyallerini oluşturmuştur. Bu kanşımlar Mitscheriich saksılanna doldurulmuş ve her saksı başına 316 adet ekilen İngiliz Çimi tohumlannın gelişimleri 21 gün boyunca gözlenmiştir. Aynca kanşımlarda analiz sonuçlanna göre ikili ilişkiler araştınlmıştır. Sonuç olarak cürufun perlite ve çöp gübresinin torf ve ahır gübresine göre daha az elverişli ortamlar yarattığı gözlenmiştir. 45en_US
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY The looseness and the compactness of a soil, its moisture and dryness the infiltration of water into down layers, the water retetion, the root penetration into a soil, air capacity of a soil, conservation of the plant nutrients and their availability are important concepts which are in close relation with the physical and chemical properties of a soil. In order to improve these properties and in order to prapare optimum conditions for the growth of a plant we need some organic and inorganic materials to be amended to a soil. This research studied the effects of some organic and inorganic materials on the physical and chemical properties of a soil, the nitrate presence. Also the alternatives of using tuff instead of perlite and using composted town refuse instead of peat and stable manure were determined. The research material which were equally mixed in volume included soil, organic materials as stable manure composted town refuses and peat and inorganic materials as perlite and tuff. The mixtures were placed in to Mitscheriich pots and 316 Lolium prenne seeds have been planted in each of them. The development of the seedlings has been observed for a 21 day vegetation period. Relationships between the results of laboratory analyses have also been investigated. It is concluded that using perlite instead of tuff and using peat and stable manure instead of composted town refuses provide us better results. 46en_US
