| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma, yönetici hemşirelerde stres belirtileri, strese yatkın olup olmadıklarının incelenmesi, stres belirtileri ile strese yatkınlık durumunun sosyodemagrafik özelliklerden ne şekilde etkilendiğinin ortaya konulması amacıyla planlanmış tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde çalışan yönetici hemşirelerin tamamı oluştururken (n=150), yönetici hemşirelerin basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen %50'si araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur (n=75). Veriler 03.05.2004 - 30.06.2004 tarihleri arasında "Sosyademografik veri formu" (22 soru) ile birlikte " Stres Audit Ölçeği"(90 soru) kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi, bilgisayarda SPSS paket programında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bağımsız değişkenlerle, stres belirtileri ve strese yatkınlık durumu ölçeği puanları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesinde tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve t testinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın uygulanması sırasında etik ilkelere uyulmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde; yönetici hemşirelerde sistemlere göre çeşitli stres belirtilerinin olduğu, hemşirelerin orta derecede strese yatkın oldukları, stres belirtileri ve strese yatkınlıkdurumlarının bazı sosyodemografik özelliklerden (medeni durum, ekonomik durum, çocuk durumu, görevi, işini sevmesi) etkilendiği saptanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this descriptive study is to examine the stress symptoms of manager nurses and their predispositions to stress and besides, to address in what ways the stress symptoms and the predispositions to stress are affected from the sociodemographic features. Whereas the whole of the manager nurses, who work at Ege University, the Hospital of the Faculty of Medicine constituted the universe of this research (n=150), the sample of the research included in 50% of these manager nurses determined by the simple random assignment method (n=75). The data were collected by face-to-face interview technique between the dates of 03.05.2004 and 30.06.2004. A "sociodemographic data form" (22 questions) and the "Stress Audit Scale " (90 questions) were used in collecting the data. A computer program named 'The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)' was used for data analysis. In examining the relationship between the independent variables and the scores for stress symptoms and predisposition to stress, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVÂ) and t-test were used. During the application of this research, the ethical principles were taken into account. When the findings obtainedfrom the research were evaluated, it was detected that there are various stress symptoms in manager nurses according to the used systems, the nurses'predisposition to stress is in the moderate level, and the stress symptoms as well as the predisposition to stress are affected by some sociodemographic features (marital status, economic situation, the existence or nonexistence of child/children, the work, the love towards the work). | en_US |
