Özet
Her kültürün dili kendine özgüdür. Dili farklı olan kişilerin dünyalarının da farklı olabileceği belirtilmektedir. Dil kültürel kimliği, duyguları ve davranışları biçimlendiren temel öğedir. Sağlık profesyonelinin bireyin kültürünü iyi anlayamaması, tanımaması, iletişim bozukluklarına, çatışmalara, sağlık bakımında eşitsizliklere, ayrımcılığa, ırkçılığa, kalıplaşmış yargılamalara neden olur. Bu durum bakımın niteliğini ve bireyin sağlığını olumsuz etkiler. Kadın sağlığı açısından etnik iletişimin etkisinin anlaşılması sağlık profesyonelleri için önem taşımaktadır. Kadın sağlığının geliştirilmesi, iyi bir iletişim bakım ve tedavinin kalitesinin sağlanması için de dil engellerinin azaltılması önemlidir.
Each culture has its own distinct language. It was stated that worlds of people might be different that have different the language. Language is the basic element that shape cultural identity, feelings and behaviors. If health care professionals well not understand the culture of the individual, recognize, communication disorders, conflicts, inequalities in health care, discrimination, racism, and stereotypes will cause the proceedings. This situation negatively affects the quality of care and individual health. Women's health in terms of understanding the impact of ethnic communication is important for health professionals. It was important in the reduction of language barriers that because the development of women's health, quality of careand treatment to ensure good communication.
