| dc.description.abstract | Su çalışmada Wistar türü erişkin erkek sıçanlara 3 mg/kg/gün ve 6mg/kg/gün dozda olmak üzere 3 gün ve 7 hafta süreyle ağızdan nikotin verilerek, vücut ağırlığı, glandula suprarenalis ağırlığı ve glandula suprarenalis medulla bölümüne olan etkileri morfolojik ve histolojik olarak araştırıldı. 6 mg/kg/gün dozda kronik nikotin verilen verilen grupta vücut ağırlığında belirgin azalma saptandı. Histolojik olarak, 3 gün süreyle nikotin verilen sıçanlarda kromatin hücrelerde sitoplazmik granüllerde boşalma saptandı. Kronik grupta ise sinüzoidlerde genişleme, hücrelerde pleomorfizm ve hafif büyüme ile mitozda artış saptandı. Oral yolla uzun süre nikotin uygulanmasının glandula suprarenalis medullasında belirgin bir hiperplaziye yol açmadığı gözlendi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effect of oral administration of nicotine for a period of 3 days and 7 weeks with a dose of 3 mg/kg /day and 6 mg/kg/day on suprarenal gland weight and medulla morphology was investigated on Wistar male rats. Significant . decrease in body weight was observed in chronic administration of 6 mg/kg/day nicotine. In the 3 days application group, degranulation in the cytoplasmic granules of the chromaffin cells was observed. In the chronic administration group, dilatation in the sinusoids, pleomorphism and growth in the cells and increase in mitoses were observed in the suprarenal gland medulla. Chronic oral administration of nicotine was not observed to cause significant hyperplasy in the suprarenal gland medulla. . | en_US |
