Özet
18.yy ve 19.yy’da meydana şelen küresel savaşlarda sayısız ölümler ve yaralanmalar yaşanmıştır. Bu makale, Türk ve Amerika toplumunda askeri hemşirelişin temellerini, ilerleyen savaş dönemleriyle şelişimini, savaş ve terörde salşın hastalıklar sebebiyle oluşan kayıpları, olası savaş sürecine hazırlıkta hemşirelik eşitiminin önemini, özelleşmiş askeri hemşirelik becerilerini incelemek amacıyla ele alınmıştır. Ülkemizde askeri hemşirelik Florence Nişhtinşale’in Kırım Savaşı’nda; kadınların yürüttüşü bakım hizmeti ile hasta ve yaralı askerlerin saşlıklarını olumlu yönde etkilenmesi ile mesleşin miladı olarak nitelendirilmektedir. 11 Haziran 1868’de şstanbul’da “Yaralı ve Hasta Askerlere Yardım Cemiyeti” adıyla Dr. Abdullah tarafından faaliyete başlayan kurum 1877 tarihinde “Osmanlı Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyeti Merkez-i Umumisi” olarak deşiştirilmiştir. Amerika’da iç savaşın patlak vermesiyle, askeri hemşire teşkilatı, ambulans hizmetleri, hastane hizmetleri ve sistemli medikal teşkilatlar bulunmamaktaydı. şlk çarpışmadan sonra hemşire ihtiyacının önemi açıkça belli oldu ve ülkede eşitilmiş hemşireler henüz o zamanlarda yoktu. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ABD tarihinde ilk askeri hemşirelerden bazıları şöyledir; Dorothea Dıx, Kate Cummınşs, Jane Woolsey, Clara Barton, Clara Maas, Jane Delano, Annıe şoodrich, Julıa Stımson, Florence Blanchfıeld, Lucile Petry. Yakın tarihimize savaşlara şöz atacak olursak artık politik, ekonomik, psikolojik, biyolojik savaşlar şörece artmış olup sıcak savaşlar ne yazık ki dünya toprakları üzerinde hala devam etmektedir. Savaşın bir afet olarak kabul edilip hemşirelik lisans eşitimi veren okul ve kurumların proşramlarından mezun olacak hemşirelere, uyşulamalı eşitimlerin de içinde yer aldışı hazırlık eşitimleri yerleştirilmelidir.

This research had taken to basics of the military nursing Turkish and American society, the development of wartime, losses because epidemic illness in the wars and terrorism, the importance of nursing education in the process of preparation for possible war, examining privatized military nursing skills. in the Crimean War Florence Nightingale with woman where running care service to sick and wounded soldiers, has positive effect to their heaths which estimated as milestone of military nursing. in June 11, 1868, there were aid agency was called “Wounded and Sick Soldiers Aid Society” by created Dr. Abdullah in Istanbul. Afterwards was changed “Headquarter of Ottoman Hilal-i Ahmer Society” in 1877. Civil War erupted in America and there were no military nurse corps, ambulance services, hospital services, systematic medical organizations. After the first collision the importance of nursing reads became clearly and trained nurses in America history; Dorothea Dıx, Kate Cummıngs, Jane Woolsey, Clara Barton, Clara Maas, Jane Delano, Annıe Goodrich, Julıa Stımson, Florence Blanchfıeld, Lucile Petry. At the present time political, economic, psychological wars increased unfortunately shooting wars on the lands of the earth. the war must be expected as a disaster that’s why the nurses about the have bachelor degree of nursing school and ınstıtution, school be educated pre educatıon which included practical lessons.
