Özet
Gebelikte intrakranial yabancı cisimler nadir görülmekle birlikte maternal ve fetal morbidite ve mortalitede önemli bir konuyu teşkil etmektedir. Özellikle ülkemizde ateşli silah yaralanmaları halen önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. Gebelikte intrakranial yabancı cisimlerin yönetimi multidisipliner yaklaşım gerektiren ve önemli ölçüde dikkat gerektiren bir durumdur. İntrakranial yer kaplayan yabancı cisimlerde kafa içi basınç değişikliğine neden olabilecek müdahalelerden mümkün olduğunca kaçınmak gerekmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, gebelik öncesinde ateşli silah yaralanmasına bağlı olarak intrakranial mermi saptanan ve sonrasında gebe kalan bir hastanın gebelik takibini ve sonuçlarını sunduk. Intracranial foreign bodies during pregnancy is a very rare condition, however its maternal and fetal outcomes are very crucial with regard to morbidity and mortality. Furthermore wounding by firearms is still a public health problem particularly in our country. Intracranial foreign bodies during pregnancy is high risk pregnancy and must be managed with care and multidisciplinary approach. During this course and labour avoiding the increase in intracranial pressure is the most important key point. In this case report we present the follow-up and outcome of a patient with bullet in brain after intracranial injury caused by firearm. J Turk Soc Obstet Gynecol 2014;4:246-8
