| dc.description.abstract | 27 ergin evcil sur (Bos taurus L)'dan elde edilen işkembe içerikleri Entodinium longinudeatum'a dahil formalar açısından gözden geçirilmiştir. Türe dahil şekilde tayin edilmiş olan protozoonların tamamı %96.30'luk bir görülme sıklığı (incelenen hayvanların 26'sında) ile E. longinucleatum forma longinucleatum olarak ayırt edilmiştir. İşkembe içeriklerinin mililitresinde formaya ait siliyat sayısı ortalama 31,779 ile 1,184-98,826 arasında deişir. Gerek aynı konak içerisinde gerekse konaklar arasında çeşitli morfometrik karakterler ve makronukleus morfolojisi açısından kısmi yahut önemli derecede varyasyonlar belirlenmiştir. Bundan başka, sadece morfometrik karakterlere dayalı olarak tür tesis etmenin taksonomik açıdan uygun olmadığına dikkat çekilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Rumen contents obtained from 27 adult domesticated cattle (Bos taurus 1.) were surveyed for the ciliate forrnae belonging to Entodinium longinucleatum. All the protozoa identified as belonging to the species were distinguished as £. longinucleatum forma longinucleatum with a frequency appearance of 96.30% (in 26 animals examined). The ciliate numbers of the forma range from 1,184 to 98,826 per milliliter of rumen contents, with a mean of 31,779. Partial and considerable variations were determined in both various morphometrical characteristics and morphology of macronucleus in both within the same host and between the host animals. Moreover, it was pointed out that the assignment of species based on only morphometrical characteristics do not appear to be appropriate taxonomically. | en_US |
