Özet
Günümüzde hemen her kesimden ve her yaştan insanın gündelik ve iş hayatında vazgeçilmez yeri olan gömleği kullanımında en yaygın olarak karşılaşılan problemlerden biri, sürtünmeye en çok maruz kalan yaka bölgesinin bedene göre daha çabuk deforme olmasıdır. Bu nedenle, gömleğin performans özelliklerinin tayini ve son kullanım noktasında beklenen ihtiyaçlara cevap verip veremeyeceği önemli bir araştırma konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Oluşturulan deney planına göre prototipi üretilen test cihazında bu numuneler aşındırıcı yüzey olarak belirlenen 4 farklı yüzey ile asidik ter ortamı ve kuru ortam olmak üzere 2 farklı durumda test edilerek gömlek yakalarının kumaş aşınma dayanımının ölçülebilirliği değerlendirilmiştir.
Shirts which are taking part in our lives from the beginning of the 3rd century, has been an important part of our attire. Both in daily life and business life shirts are reason for preference by people from all strata and of all ages. One of the main problems in the use of shirts is the collar parts which are exposed to deformation faster compared to the body parts because of the friction between collar and the human neck. Therefore the determination of product qualifications and at the point of end use whether meet the users' needs or not is becoming an extremely important research topic. In this project it has been planned that to develop a device which is for the evaluation of deformation with measuring the resistance level of the collar. The device that is targeted to be developed, some measurement test will be made with a testing plan and the verification of the results will be procured. In this scope firstly the neck movements of the people are observed. In this direction the device movements' protocol were determined according to the movements observation. Afterwards, the shirt collars were prepared by using different type of interlinings. According to the test plan, the shirt collars were evaluated for measurability of the abrasion resistance ability of the collars' fabrics at the device with using 4 different abrasive surfaces and 2 different sweating conditions (which are acidic and dry).
