Diş hekimlerinin molar insizör hipomineralizasyonuna ilişkin bilgi, tutum ve tedavi yaklaşımlarının değerlendirilmesi

dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma, diş hekimliği öğrencileri ile diş hekimlerinin; molar insizör hipomineralizasyonuna ilişkin algı, bilgi ve yönetim stratejilerinin değerlendirilmesini, bu konu hakkındaki farkındalıklarının arttırılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Diş hekimliği öğrencileri, pratisyen ve uzman diş hekimlerinden oluşan 420 katılımcıya, 30 sorudan oluşan anket formu elektronik ortamda online olarak uygulandı. Elde edilen verilerin istatistik analizi için IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 programı kullanıldı. Tüm hipotez kontrolleri 0,05 önem seviyesinde iki yönlü olarak uygulandı. Bulgular: Elde edilen sonuçlara göre pratisyen diş hekimlerinin %50,5'inin MIH hakkında fikir sahibi olmadığı gözlendi. Çocuk diş hekimlerinin klinik muayenede, pratisyen diş hekimleri ve diğer uzmanlara göre daha sık hipomineralize dişler teşhis ettiği saptandı. Katılımcıların %75,9'unun MIH insidansının son yıllarda arttığını düşündüğü tespit edildi. Çocuk diş hekimlerinin MIH konusundaki teorik bilgi ve klinik tecrübelerini, dişi hekimliği öğrencileri, pratisyen diş hekimleri ve diğer uzmanlara göre daha yeterli bulduğu saptandı. Katılımcılar çoğunlukla MIH ile ilgili etiyoloji, tanı ve tedavi konularının tamamında eğitim ihtiyacı olduğunu düşündükleri saptandı. Sonuç ve Öneriler: Araştırma sonuçlarımız doğrultusunda, lisans ve lisansüstü eğitimde MIH'ın tanı ve tedavisine yönelik kapsamlı ve daha sistematik bir eğitim verilmesi faydalı olacaktır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, önümüzdeki yıllarda MIH konusunda hangi bilgi boşluklarının ve eğitim eksikliklerinin doldurulması gerektiğine ilişkin bir kanıt ve rehber olacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose: This research is aimed at the use of dentistry by dentists; Oversees the assessment of perception, knowledge, and management aspects of molar incisor hypomineralization, shadows of those who exercise this subject authority. Materials and Methods: The questionnaire formula consisting of 30 questions and 420 effects consisting of dentistry fields, practitioners and specialist dentists is run online. IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program program for statistical analysis of the obtained data. All assumption checks command as two variables at 0.05 significance level. Results: According to the results obtained, it was observed that 50.5% of the general practitioners did not have an idea about MIH. In the clinical examination of pediatric dentists, hypomineralized teeth were found more frequently than general practitioners and other specialists. It was seen that 75.9% of the participants saw the incidence of MIH in recent years. It has been determined that pediatric dentists consider their theoretical knowledge and clinical experience on MIH, their knowledge of dentistry, more adequate than general practitioners and other specialists. It was determined that there was a training program in all of the etiology, diagnosis and treatment issues related to MIH in which the participants participated. Conclusion and Suggestions: It will be beneficial to obtain our research results, the scope of MIH for diagnosis and treatment in undergraduate and graduate education, and a more systematic training. These outputs will be a guide and proof of which knowledge and training gaps about MIH need to be filled in the coming years.en_US
