dc.description.abstractBronşiyolitis obliterans organize pnömoni (BOOP) klinik ve histopatolojik bulguların birlikteliği ile tanı konulan bir klinikopatolojik sendromdur. En sık görülen semptomları, kuru öksürük ve nefes darlığıdır. PA akciğer grafısinde bilateral alveoler infiltrasyonlar, solunum fonksiyon testlerinde restriktif tipte solunum bozukluğu, difüzyon kapasitesinde azalma ve bronkoalveoler lavajda mikst hücre dağılımı görülür. Kesin tanı açık akciğer biyopsisi ile histolojik bulguların hastalığı teyit etmesiyle konur. Bu makalede, nefes darlığı ve kuru öksürük yakınmaları ile yatırılan ve açık akciğer biyopsisi ile kesin tanı konulan bir BOOP olgusu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractBronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is a clinicopathologic syndrome which is diagnosed by the combination of clinical and histopathological fındings. Most frequent symptoms are dry cough and dyspnea. Bilateral alveolar infiltrations are seen in chest radiography. Pulmonary function tests reveal restrictive pattern and decrease in diffusion capa-city. Mixt cell distribution is detected in bronchoalveolar lavage. Definite diagnosis is obtained by open lung biopsy which confirms histologic findings of the disease. A BOOPcase who has dry cough and dyspnea, diagnosed by open lung biopsy is presented in this paper since it is a rare disease.en_US
