dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Bu çalışmada E.Ü.Z.F Menemen Deneme ve Uygulama Çiftliğinde 1989-1990 üretim yılında üretilen Buğday, Mısır ve Susam ürünleri için enerji analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Çiftliğin verimliliğini ölçmek, üretimde önemli olan faktörleri belirlemek ve verimliliği artırıcı öneriler de bulunmaktır. Hesaplamalarda gerekli olan veriler işletme kayıt defterlerinden alınmıştır.Eksik olan veriler hesaplanarak tamamlanmış, standartlara uymayan değerler değiştirilmiştir. Üretimde kullanılan girdilerin enerji eş değerleri girdi ener jisini, üretilen ürünün enerji eş değeri ise çıktı enerjisini oluşturur. Çıktı/Girdi olarak bulunan değer tarımsal üretimin enerji verimidir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular yardımıyla varı lan sonuçlara göre, söz konusu Çiftlikte her ürün için geçerli olmak üzere birim alandan elde edilen ürün miktarının, Türkiye ortalamalarına göre yüksek olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak enerji verimi açısından bir karşılaştırılmaya gidil diğinde, Buğdayın enerji esaslı tarla verimi Türkiye ve Avrupa ortalamalarının çok altında bulunmuştur.Aynı şekilde Susam tarımındaki enerji verimi oranı 1.26 olup, yeterli değildir. Sadece Mısır üretiminde enerji verimi Türkiye orta lamalarının üzerinde, Avrupa ortalamalarıyla aynı değerde bulunmuştur. -1-en_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT During 1989-1990 at the E.Ü.Z.F Menemen applied research farm, a research corcerning energy analysis of wheat, sesame and maize product was made. The aims of the analysis include;product efficiency of the farm, to determine the im portant stages of production and to predict the vital fac tors corcerning the provement of productivity. The variables used in the calculations were obtained from records kept in the administration book.The miss ing variables such as the tractor fuel consumption were calculated theoretically and thoes variables not abiding, by the standards were modified. The inputs used in production are equivalent to the input energies whereas, the energy equivalent of the and product forms the output energy. The ratio of output/input energies represent the agricultural energy efficiency. According to the results of the research made at the above mentioned farm, the product efficiency per hectare for all three products was found to be higher than the Turkish productivity averages.However a comparison of the energy ratios revealed that the energy efficiency of wheat was noticably below the Turkish and European averages. In addition to this, the energy ratio of Sesame production was in sufficiently found to be 1.26. On the other hand, the pro auction of maize revealed an energy ratio equivalent to the European averages and above the Turkish averages. -2-en_US
