| dc.description.abstract | İdrar yapamama olarak tanımlanan üriner retansiyon ameliyat sonrası yaygın görülen komplikasyonlardan biridir. Ameliyat sonrası üriner retansiyon görülme oranı cerrahinin türü ve nedenlerine göre değişiklik göstermekle birlikte %5 ile %70 arasında değişmektedir. Ameliyat sonrası üriner retansiyonun etkisiz yönetimi hasta konforunu bozduğu gibi mesanede kalıcı hasara yol açarak hastanede kalış süresini uzatarak maliyeti arttırmaktadır. Ameliyat öncesi üriner retansiyon gelişime riski yüksek olan hastaların belirlenerek kanıta dayalı uygulamalar doğrultusunda hazırlanan algoritmalarla tedavi ve bakımın planlanması önerilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | pass urine, is one of the most common complicati- ons observed after surgery. The frequency of cases of urinary retention after surgery ranges from 5 % to 70 % depending on the type and causes of the surgery. Inefficient handling of urinary retention after surgery causes discomfort in a patient and results in permanent damage in the bladder, which consequently extends the duration of patient's stay in the hospital thus increasing the costs. It is suggested that patients with a high risk factor for urinary retention should be identified before the surgery and algorithms, prepared according to the evidence based practices, should be applied to the- se patients. | en_US |
