Özet
Örme, dokuma ya da dokusuz yüzeylere uygulanan görünüm, tutum, renk, baskı, kullanım özelliklerini geliştirmek için tüketici isteğine göre ham tekstil yüzeyinin satışa hazır hale getirilmesi amacıyla yapılan üretim aşamalarına tekstil terbiye işlemleri denmektedir ve tekstil terbiye işlemleri yapılış gayelerine göre ön terbiye, renklendirme ve bitim işlemleri olmak üzere üç ana başlıkta toplanmaktadır. Tüm bu işlemler tekstil sektöründe büyük paya sahip olan terbiye işletmelerinde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tüm tekstil sektörü içerisinde gerek istihdam gerekse iş yeri sayısı bakımından oldukça büyük paya sahip olan ve oldukça tehlikeli kimyasalların bulunduğu birçok tehlike kaynağını barındıran terbiye sektöründeki tüm işlem basamaklarının incelenmesi, bu sektöre ait tüm risklerin değerlendirilmesi ve alınması gerekli tedbirlerin belirlenerek bu sektöre ait bir rehber kaynak hazırlanması bu çalışmanın amaçlarıdır. Çalışma kapsamında; pamuklu kumaş işleyen bir terbiye işletmesinde hem saha incelemeleri yapılmış hem de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği dokümanları incelenmiştir. En çok kullanılan ya da tehlikeli olan kimyasal maddeler ve boyar maddeler, çalışanların kimyasal maddelere maruz kalabileceği çalışma yöntemleri ile ilgili tehlikeli durumlar belirlenmiştir. Terbiye sektörü içerisindeki yangın riskleri ve aktif korunma önlemlerine de değinilmiştir. Ulusal ve uluslararası mevzuatların rehberlik ettiği, hem işin güvenliği hem de çalışan sağlığı açısından önemli bir unsur olan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, tüm sektörler içinde hala önemini koruyan, tehlikeli sınıfta bulunan ve kimyasal, mekanik, yangın gibi büyük riskleri bünyesinde barındıran tekstil terbiye sektörü açısından oldukça önemlidir.
To improve the appearance, attitude, color, printing and usage properties of knitted, woven or non-woven surfaces, the production stages of raw textile surface ready for sale according to consumer demand are called textile finishing processes and textile finishing operations are classified under three main headings as pre-finishing, coloring and finishing. All these operations are carried out in finishing plants which have a large share in the textile sector. The main aim of this study is to examine all the process steps in the finishing sector, which has a large share in terms of both employment and number of workplaces in the textile sector and which contains many dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals, to evaluate all the risks related to this sector and to determine the necessary precautions and to prepare a guide resource for this sector. Scope of work; finishing plant which processing cotton fabric, field inspection and occupational health and safety documents were examined. The most commonly used or dangerous chemicals and dyestuffs, hazardous situations related to working methods that employees can be exposed to are determined. Fire risks and active protection measures are also mentioned within the finishing sector. Guided by national and international legislation, occupational health and safety, which is an important element both in terms of work safety and employee health, is very important for the textile finishing sector, which still holds its importance in all sectors and which includes the major risks such as chemical, mechanical and fire.
