| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, paylaşım ekonomisi anlayışının iş birlikçi tedarik zinciri yönetimi anlayışı ile ilişkisini ortaya koymak ve tedarik zincirlerinde paylaşım ekonomisinin uygulanabilirliğine yönelik bir bakış açısı geliştirmektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak hem organizasyonlar arası ilişkiler bağlamında hem bireysel kullanıcılar düzeyinde e-iş birliği adaptasyonuna yönelik tutum ve kullanım davranışları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca dinamik bir yetenek olarak değerlendirilen e-iş birliğinin çalışma kapsamında belirlenen çıktıları değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikli veri toplama aracı olarak anket formundan yararlanılmış, form katılımcılara e-posta yoluyla ulaştırılmıştır. Anket linki Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM) içerisinde yer alan İhracatçı Birliklerine kayıtlı işletmelere gönderilmiş, 405 katılımcı tarafından cevaplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde yapısal eşitlik modelinden faydalanılmıştır. Nicel araştırmanın ardından elde edilen bulguların güçlü bir şekilde tartışılabilmesi amacıyla çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak belirlenen 2 uzman ile derinlemesine görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma modeline ilişkin yapısal ilişkiler incelendiğinde, organizasyonlar arası ilişkiler yaklaşımı kapsamında yer alan güven unsuru ile e-iş birliği arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki bulunduğu görülmüştür. Bu durum, tarafların birbirine güven duymadıkları durumlarda ortada bu güveni sağlayacak bir elektronik platforma yönelebileceklerini göstermektedir. Çalışmanın bir diğer beklenmedik sonucu ise bilgi paylaşımı ile e-iş birliği arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunamaması olmuştur. Elde edilen bu sonuç, güven ile e-iş birliği arasında çıkan sonuç ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen sonuçlardan bir diğeri dinamik bir yetenek olarak e-iş birliğinin operasyonel performans, müşteri/ tedarikçi tatmini, büyüme ve karlılık ile pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkilerinin bulunması olmuştur. Buna göre e-iş birliği ile tedarik zincirlerinde rekabet avantajı yaratılacağı, sürdürülebilir ve yenilikçi iş süreçlerine sahip olunacağı görülmektedir. Gerçekleştirilen alanyazın incelemesi ve araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulgular kapsamında, tedarik zincirlerinde e-iş birliğini kolaylaştıracak ve kapsamını genişletecek yenilikçi bir iş modeli olarak paylaşım ekonomisi anlayışının benimsenebileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu doğrultuda önerilen modele çalışmanın sonuç ve tartışma bölümünde yer verilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the understanding of sharing economy and the understanding of collaborative supply chain management, and to develop a perspective on the applicability of the sharing economy in supply chains. For this purpose, attitudes and usage behaviors towards e-collaboration adaptation were examined both in the context of inter-organizational relationships and at the level of individual users. In addition, the outputs of e-collaboration, which is considered as a dynamic capability, were evaluated within the scope of the study. In the study, the questionnaire form was used as the primary data collection tool, and the form was sent to the participants via e-mail. The survey link was sent to the companies registered in the Exporters' Associations within the Turkish Exporters Assembly and answered by 405 participants. Structural equation model was used in the analysis of the obtained data. In order to be able to discuss the findings obtained after the quantitative research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 2 experts determined in accordance with the purpose of the study. When the structural relations related to the research model are examined, it is seen that there is a negative relationship between trust, which is included in the inter-organizational relationships approach, and e-collaboration. This shows that in cases where the parties do not trust each other, they can turn to an electronic platform that will provide this trust. Another unexpected result of the study was that there was no significant relationship between information sharing and e-collaboration. This result was associated with the result between trust and e-collaboration. Another result obtained within the scope of the study is that e-collaboration as a dynamic capability has positive and significant relationships with operational performance, customer/supplier satisfaction, growth and profitability. Thus, it is seen that e-cooperation will create a competitive advantage in supply chains and have sustainable and innovative business processes. Within the scope of the literature review and the findings obtained as a result of the research, it is thought that the understanding of sharing economy can be adopted as an innovative business model that will facilitate and expand the scope of e-collaboration in supply chains. Accordingly, the proposed model is included in the conclusion and discussion section of the study. | en_US |
