Özet
Kurutulmuş ve öğütülmüş Centaurea cariensis subsp. maculiceps (Asteracea) bitkisi TLC , prep. TLC , CC , VLC ve MPLC gibi kimyasal ve kromatografik yöntemler kullanılarak incelendi.İzolasyon ve saflandırma işlemlerinden sonra 4'ü yapısı aydınlatılan 21 doğal bileşik elde edildi .İzole edilen 4 bileşiğin yapıları çeşitli spektroskopik yönemler ( 1H-NMR , 13C-NMR , 1D ve 2D NMR ) kullanılarak sringin, skopolin ,visenin-2 ve sinisin olarak belirlendi
Air dried and grinded endemic plant Centaurea cariensis subsp. maculiceps (Asteracea) was examined using chemical and chromatographic methods such as; TLC, Prep. TLC, CC, VLC and MPLC.After isolation and purification procedures, 21 natural products 4 of which were structrally determined. The structure of 4 compounds were astablished as syringin, scopoline, vicenin-2 cnicin and by using different spectroscopic (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1D and 2D NMR ) methods.
