Özet
77 ÖZET 1988-1989 ve 1989-1990 yıllarında izmir'in Menemen ilçesi ve Muğla'nın Ortaca ile Ula ilçelerinde kurulan bu denemelerde yedi buğday ve iki Triticale genotipi kullanılmıştır. Bu genotipler Cumhuriyet-75, Menemen-88, Nacozari-76, Buc's, Balcalı, Marmara Gönen ile Juanillo-97 ve Beaguelita ' di r. Dane verimi, bindane ağırlığı, bitki boyu ve m2 'de başak sayısı özellikleri açısından genotiplerin çevrelere uyum yetenekleri, Finlay ve Wilkinson (1963), Eberhart ve Russell (1966), Perkins ve Jinks (1968), Francis ve Kannenberg (1978) tarafından öne sürülen stabilite parametreleri kullanılarak tahmin edilmiştir. İki yıl ve üç yerde kurulan denemelerde bu özellikler açısından yer ve yıllar üzerine birleştirilerek varyans analizi; Genotip x Çevre şeklinde oluşturulan iki yanlı tablodan, regresyon katsayısı standart hata, regresyondan sapma kareler toplamı, varyans, varyans katsayısı, Genotip x Çevre interaksiyon etkileri, sıralama ortalamaları gibi kriterler hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar aşağıdaki gibi özetlenmiştir. 1. Genotiplerin çevre koşullarına adaptasyonları bütün özellikler açısından, büyük ölçüde her bir genotipin çevrelerle yarattıkları interaksiyon etkilerine bağlı olmuştur. 2. Çalışmada kullanılan dört stabilite yöntemine göre dane verimi, bindane ağırlığı, bitki boyu özellikleri açısından Cumhuriyet-75 denenen bütün çevrelere iyi bir uyum göstermiştir. m2 'de başak sayısı özelliği açısından Finlay ve Wilkinson (1963), Eberhart ve Russell (1966) ve Perkins ve Jinks (1968)'in80 stability parameters of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963), Eberhart and Russell (1966), Perkins and Jinks (1968) Marmara showed good adaptation and by means of Francis and Kannenberg (1978). Menemen-88 performed good adaptation. 3. In this study the mathematical relation was found in the methods of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963) and Perkins and Jinks (1968) in respect to regression coefficient. This mathematical equation is b. = 1+B.. i i 4. Eberhart and Russell (1966) used the regression coefficient of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963). The proposed method was smilar to the Method of Perkins and Jinks (1968) so that, in this research the values of deviation regression square average of Eberhart and Russell (1966) and Perkins and Jinks (1968) were found to be the same. 5. According to criteria of Francis and Kannenberg (1968) by the choice of stable genotypes, the similar results were obtained by means of grain yield, 1000 grain weight, plant height characteristics using the Finlay and Wilkinson (1963) method. 6. Taking into consideration the easy estimation of regression coefficient of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963) compared with Perkins and Jinks (1968) method. The Finlay and Wilkinson (1963) method can be proposed as more suitable method to use in the stability testing with it's criteria of variance from regression deviation in addition to regression coefficient
79 SUMMARY In this research seven wheat and two Triticale genotypes were used in the experiments conducted in Menemen, Ortaca and Ula of Muğla in 1988-1989 and 1989-1990 years. The use genotypes used in the experiments are Cumhuriyet-75, Menemen-88,, Balcali, Nacozari-76, Buc's, Marmara, Gönen and Juanillo-97 and Beaguelita. The ability of genotypes adaptation to environments were estimated. In accordance with grain yield, 1000 grain weight, plant height and spike number per squaremetter using parameters of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963), Eberhart and Russell (1966), Perkins and Jinks (1968) and Francis and Kannenberg (1978). In the experiments established in three locations in two years, these characteristics were combined with location and years, then variance analysis table, was prepared and the stability parameters, suchas regression coefficient, standart error, deviation regression mean sqare, variance, coefficient of variance and effect of Genotype x Environment interaction, were calculated from Genotype x Environment 2 way tables. The results obtained from this research and summarized as fallows. 1. The abilities of adaptation of genotypes in accordance with all characters were generaly effected from each of the genotypes interacted with the environments. 2. According to stability methods used in this study, Cumhuriyet-75 showed. Good adaptation to all environments by means of grain yield. 1000 grain weight, plant weight, in accordance with spike number, per square metter by means of80 stability parameters of Finlay and Wilkinson (1963), Eberhart and Russell (1966), Perkins and Jinks (1968) Marmara showed good adaptation and by means of Francis and Kannenberg (1978).
