| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı; toplum ruh sağlığı merkezlerindeki çalışan sağlık personellerinin duygu dışavurumunu tarzlarını belirlemektir. Ayrıca sağlık personelin bazı demografik değişkenlere ve sağlık personelin hastalara karşı sergilediği duygu ve tepkilere göre duygu dışavurum tarzlarının karşılaştırılması araştırmanın amaçlarından biridir. Çalışmaya Ankara ilinde bulunan altı toplum ruh sağlığı merkezinde çalışan tüm sağlık personeli dahil edilmiştir (N=48). Çalışmada yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile betimsel nitelikli genel tarama modeli kullanılarak Tanıtıcı bilgi formu ve Duydu Dışavurum Tarzları Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veri analizleri SPSS 24.0 ile analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar %95 güven düzeyinde değerlenme yapılmıştır. Çalışmada tanımlayıcı analizler dışında, ölçek puanlarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterme durumunun belirlenmesi amacıyla Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis testleri uygulanmıştır. Toplum ruh sağlığı merkezlerinde çalışan sağlık personellerin mutluluk duygusu alt ölçeklerinde en çok ben odaklı dışavurum yansıttıkları bulunmuştur. Üzüntü duygu dışavurum alt ölçeklerinde sözel dışavurumun en yüksek olduğu saldırganca dışavurumun neredeyse hiç sergilenmediği bulunmuştur. Öfke dışavurum alt ölçeklerinde ise sözel dışavurumun ve yüze yansıtmanın en çok yapıldığı saldırganca dışavurumun en az sergilendiği bulunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to determine the emotion expression styles of health personnel working in community mental health centers. It is also one of the aims of the research to determine how much each of the styles of emotion expressionism of health personnel according to some demographic variables and working conditions. The study included all medical personnel working in six community mental health centers located in Ankara province (N=48). In the study, the introductory information form and Inventory of Emotional Expression Models were used using the descriptive general screening model with face-to-face technique. Analysis of the data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and the results were evaluated at 95% confidence level. In addition to descriptive analyses, the Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests were applied to determine whether the scale scores differ according to various variables. Findings it was found that health personnel often express my self-focused expression of happiness, occasionally displaying feelings of sadness and anger. The offensive expressionism of anger was found to be the highest of graduate graduates while the offensive expressionism of college and doctoral graduates was the lowest. When the average scores of medical personnel during working hours were examined, the frequency of interviewing patients during working hours increased (generally towards all times) and the verbal expression of anger, the average scores of medical personnel during working hours compared to the frequency of interviewing patients during working hours of the day, the verbal expression of those who met patients frequently during working hours.Aggressive expressionism of the sense of sadness has been found to decrease as the frequency of medical staff interviewing patients during working hours per day increases (generally towards all times).
