Özet
Sanayi Devrimi sonrası gelişen üretim şekilleriyle birlikte dünya yeni bir sürece girmiştir. Seri üretimin başlaması, köylerden kentlere doğru göçlerin yaşanmasına; toplumsal cinsiyet kimlikleri ve ekonomik statülerine göre insanların ayrıştırılması da bireylerin hakları için savaşıp adalet aramalarına neden olmuştur. Üretim şekillerinin gelişmesinden ötürü "besin kaynağı" olarak değerlendirilen hayvan türlerinin, dünyanın pek çok yerindeki fabrikalarda sistematik biçimde öldürülmesi sonucu, hayvan haklarının her geçen gün daha da sorgulanmaya başlanması toplumda var olan adalet arayışının alanını genişletmiştir. Vejetaryen çatısı altında, hayvan sömürüsüne karşı farklı motivasyonlarda olan tüketicilerin, hayvan hakları bağlamında insan haklarına ve çevre haklarına yönelik tutumları da tüketim temelinde nitel araştırma yöntemiyle ele alınmıştır.
After the Industrial Revolution, by developing types of production, the world has entered a new period. With the beginning of mass production caused migration from rural to urban areas, seperating people to gender identities and economic status made them fight for their rights, therefore people gained justice acquisitions. Due to fact that developing types of production, animal species are assessed like “resource of food” causing them getting killed in factories systematically in all around the world, thus animal rights are getting introspected day by day rendered area of justice enormous. Vegetarian that is an umbrella term containing consumers who is opponent to animal exploitation with different motivators whose attitude has assessed qualitative research method in context of animal rights to based on consumption attitude of human rights and environmental rights as well.
