Özet
Bu çalışmada Göktürk Kağanlığı döneminin üst düzey askeri-idari unvanları arasında yer alan bilge, ayguçı, çabış, buyruk ve yargan incelenmiştir. Türkçe fiil köklerinden yapım ekleriyle türemiş olan bu unvanlar, kültür tarihi temelinde morfosemantik açıdan ele alınmıştır. Unvanların oluşumunda görev alan fiil kökleri, ekleri ve ek-kök ilişkileri ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. Eski Türk kültüründe bir çok unvanın Latince, Grekçe veya Arapça gibi eski kültür dilleriyle ortak kavramlardan (bilmek, tahmin etmek, ön görmek, kehanette bulunmak, buyurmak vb) türediği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır
In this paper, Turkic titles bilge, ayguçı, çabış, buyruk and yargan which were very high administrative-military degrees in Kokturk Kaganate period are studied. These titles were derived from Turkic verb stems and they are studied in this paper from the morphosemantics view and history of the Turkic culture. Verb stems used to form Turkic titles are evaluated with their morphems and stemsuffix relations. It is concluded that a good deal of old Turkic titles were derived from common concepts (to know, to estimate, to foresee, to predict, to order etc) with other culture-languages, like Arabic, Greek and Latin.
