dc.description.abstractObstrüktif azospermi tanısıyla incelenen 27 infertil erkekte epididimal sperm kullanımı ile in w'frofertilizas-yon (IVF) ve intrasitoplazmik sperm İnjeksiyonu (ICSI) yöntemlerinin sonuçları değerlendirildi. Mikroepididimal sperm aspirasyonu (MESA)- IVF yönteminde fertilizasyon oranı % 25, klivaj oranı % 54 olarak bulundu. Aynı oranlar MESA-ICSI yöntemi için, sırasıyla % 64 ve % 70 idi.en_US
dc.description.abstractUse ofEpididymal Sperm With in Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Infection (ICSI) Methods- the results ofepididymal sperm use with IVF and ICSI methods for 27 infertile males with obstructive azoospermia were evaluated. With microepididymal sperm aspiration (MESA)-IVF method the fertilization rate was 25 % and the cleavage rate was 54 %. the corresponding values for MESA-ICSI were 64 % and 70 %, respectively.en_US
