Özet
Çalışmada bira sanayiinde kullanılan Efes 98 ve Ege Bölgesi tarımında önemli yeri olan Kaya arpa kültür formlarına farklı konsantrasyonlarda (Önerilen doz =150 g/100 kg, Önerilen x 2=300 g/100 kg, Önerilen x 3=450 g/100 kg) %1 Diniconazole etken maddeli bir fungisit uygulanmıştır. Morfolojik ölçümlerin yanı sıra çimlenme yüzdelerine, fotosentetik pigment maddeleri (klorofil a ve b, total klorofil, karotenoid), protein ve prolin miktarlarına bakılmıştır.Çimlenme yüzdelerinin, farklı büyüme periyotlarında alman kök-koleoptil ve kök-gövde boyu ile yaş-kuru ağırlıklarının, fotosentetik pigment maddesi ve protein miktarlarının azalması buna karşın prolin miktarlarının artması nedeniyle uygulanan fungisitin özellikle doz artışına paralel olarak arpa bitkilerinde biyotik strese neden olduğu, büyümeyi ve gelişimi olumsuz yönde etkilediği açıkça görülmüştür.
The goals of the study were to search for the morphological and physiological effects of a fungicide with diniconazole active ingredient on morphological measurements, germination as well as some leaf contents of two barley culture forms (Hordeum vulgare L.), Efes 98, which is widely used in malt industry, and Kaya, which'has an important place in the agriculture of the Aegean Region in Turkey. For the experiments, seeds of barley were treated with a recommended concentration of 150 g/100 kg, two higher concentrations of 300 g/100 kg and 450 g/100 kg as well as a water-treated control. The results showed that root-coleoptile and root-stem lengths as well as fresh-dry weights taken during different growth periods, also germination rates decreased with all concentrations of fungicide. Analysis of leaves showed that the amounts of photosynthetic pigment substances and protein reduced, while the amount of proline was increased.
