| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 186 nazofarinks karsinomu olgusunun histopatolojik özellikleri ve demografik verileri incelenmiştir. Olgularda E/K oranı 1.8/1 olarak saptanmıştır. Olguların 13'ü (%6.9) skuamöz hücreli karsinom, 37'si (%19.9) diferansiye non-keratinize karsinom ve 136'sı (%73.2) indiferan karsinom tanısı almıştır. İndiferan karsinom olgularının oranı literatüre göre yüksektir. 20 olgumuz (%10.7) 20 yaşın altındadır ve bu oran diğer ülkelere göre daha yüksektir. Olgularda yaş ortalaması 46.8 dır. İndiferan karsinomlarda yaş ortalaması diğer gruplara göre daha düşüktür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study we examined histopathological features and demographic data of 186 cases of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma. the M/F ratio was 1.8/1. 13 cases (6.9%) were squamous cell carcinoma, 37 (19.9%) were non-keratinizing carcinoma and 136 (73.2%) were undifferentiated carcinoma. the ratio of undifferentiated carcinoma cases was higher than the same cases in the literature. 20 of our cases (10.7%). were younger than age of 20. This ratio was higher than the other countries. the average age was 46.8. the average age of cases of undifferentiated carcinoma was lower than the other groups. | en_US |
