Özet
Bu çalışmada farklı oranlarda glisirizik asit (GA) eklenen yemlerle beslenen levrek (Dicentrarchus labrax) juvenillerinde büyüme parametreleri, spesifik büyüme oranları ve yaşama oranları incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, 100 günlük levrek juvenilleri (5,6±0,3 cm; 1,6±0,2 g) 3 tekrarlı 4 farklı deneme grubunda stoklanmış ve GA, extruder yeme 3 farklı oranda (2 ml.kg-1, 4 ml.kg-1 ve 6 ml.kg-1) spreyleme yöntemi ile homojen şekilde eklenmiş ancak kontrol grubuna herhangi bir uygulama yapılmamıştır. Toplamda 30 gün süren denemeler sonunda, 4 ve 6 ml.kg-1 oranında GA ile beslenen gruplardan elde edilen büyüme parametreleri kontrol ve 2 ml.kg-1 gruplarına göre farklı bulunurken (p<0.05), spesifik büyüme oranı ve yaşama oranları açısından farklılık saptanmamıştır (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak, 4 ve 6 ml.kg-1 oranında uygulamasının levrek juvenillerinde büyüme parametrelerinde önemli artışlara neden olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) on european sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) growth performance. In this study 100-day sea bass juveniles were used and fishes were fed with 4 different diets which supplemented with GA [0 ml.kg-1 (Control), 2 ml.kg-1, 4 ml.kg-1, 6 ml.kg-1]. Each diet was fed to triplicate group of fish (5,6±0,3 cm; 1,6±0,2 g). After 30 days feeding period, growth performance, survival rate, feed conversion ratio (FCR), specific growth rate and were investigated. At the end of feeding trial, results showed significant differences in growth performance and FCR (p<0.05) between both 4 ml.kg-1, 6 ml.kg-1 groups and other groups. However, survival rate and specific growth rate showed no significant differences (p>0.05). As a result, it was determined that GA application at 4 and 6 ml.kg-1 affected significant increases and positive developments in growth in sea bass juveniles.
