| dc.description.abstract | Günümüz boyama proseslerinin ekolojik uyumluluğunu arttırmak için bazı boyaların (küp, indigo, kükürt) küplenmesinde (=indirgenmesinde) alternatif yöntemler araştırılmaktadır. En yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan irdirgeme maddesi sodyum ditionit, geri kazanılamamakta, boyama ve durulama banyolarının atık sularında çeşitli problemlere (yüksek tuz yükü, çözünmüş oksijenin tüketilmesi, kötü kokuya yol açması, sülfür toksisitesi vb.) yol açmaktadır. Bu nedenle modern ekonomik ve ekolojik gereksinimler geleneksel küpleme yöntemleriyle henüz yerine getirilememektedir. Buna karşın, elektrokimyasal indirgeme, elektro katalitik hidrojenasyon ve ultrason tekniği geleneksel küpleme yöntemlerine iyi bir alternatif olabilmektedir, çünkü bu yöntemlerde indirgen maddeye ihtiyaç duyulmamakta ya da çok az indirgen madde kullanımı yeterli olabilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the attempt to increase the eco-efficiency of today's dyeing processes, alternative techniques for the vatting (=reduction) of such dyes (vat, indigo, sulphur), are being investigated. the most commonly used reducing agent, sodi-um dithionite, can not be recycled and it causes various problems (high salt load, depletion of dissolved oxygen, prob-lems with nasal nuisance, toxicity of sulphide, etc.) in the disposal of dyeing and rinsing baths. Therefore, modern economical and ecological requirements are not fullfilled yet with the conventional vatting techniques. in spite of this, electrochemical reducing, catalytic hydrog^nation and ultrasound technique would be a valuable alternative in stead of conventional vatting techniques, because they do not require reducing agent or very little amount of reducing agent usage can be sufficient. | en_US |
