dc.description.abstractKurumsal iktisadın, günümüzde yaşanan paradigma değişimi ile birlikte tekrardan gün yüzüne çıkmış olmasıyla birlikte, kurumların yanı sıra kurumsal bir bakış açısından iktisadın evrimine bakış bir gereklilik halini almaktadır. Bu böyledir çünkü kurumsallığı içermeyen bir iktisat teorisi formülasyonu, kabul edileceği üzere, mümkün değildir. İnsanlar ile kurumlar arasındaki ilişki, birinden diğerine doğru tek yönlü bir ilişki değil, karşılıklı bir ilişkidir. Eğer bir iktisatçının bu karşılıklı etkileşimin dışında olduğu varsayılmıyorsa bu iktisatçının geliştirdiği teori de bu etkileşimin bir ürünü olacaktır. Zira iktisatçı, çevresel koşulların doğal bir sonucudur. Değişen paradigma altında kurumsal iktisat okulunun evrimini izlemek ve diğer iktisat okullarındaki kurumsal öğeleri araştırmak, ilk olarak bir kavram olarak kurum kavrayışının ne yönde evrimleştiğini anlamaya ve sonrasında ise bu kavrayış çerçevesi içerisinde iktisat teorilerini, gerilerinde yatan iktisadi, politik ve toplumsal yapı - kısaca kurumsal doku - bağlamında kavramaya hizmet edecektir. Zira bir kurumu anlamak, bir insanın ve hatta toplumun nasıl hissettiğini, düşündüğünü ve davrandığını anlamaktır. İnsan ve toplum, kendisinin ürünü olan kurumların bir ürünü olmaktadır ve modern toplumda ulusal sınırların "dünyanın düzleşmesi" ile muğlak hale gelmesi ile birlikte küresel bir kurumlar bütününe maruz kalınması, durumun daha da karmaşık bir yapıya bürünmesine yol açmaktadır. dc.description.abstractWith the re-emergence of institutional economics with the paradigm change experienced today, it becomes a necessity to look at the evolution of economics from an institutional point of view as well as institutions. Because an economic theory formulation without institutionalism is not possible, as will be accepted. The relationship between people and institutions is not a one-way relationship, but a reciprocal one. If an economist is not assumed to be outside of this interaction, the theory developed by this economist will also be a product of this interaction. Because the economist is a corollary of environmental conditions. Following the evolution of the institutional school of economics under the changing paradigm and investigating the institutional elements in other schools of economics, firstly, serve to understand how the concept of institution as a concept has evolved, and then, within the framework of this understanding, to comprehend economic theories in the context of the underlying economic, political and social structure - in short, the institutional pattern. To understand an institution is to understand how a person or even society feels, thinks and behaves. Man and society become a product of the institutions that are their products, and exposure to a global set of institutions, with national borders becoming ambiguous with the "flattening of the world" in modern society, causes the situation to take on an even more complex structure. The question concerns the method to be used to analyze these complex set of institutions: connectivity? Maybe later. The method here is evolutionary causation.en_US
