Özet
Düz iplik doğrultusu, bir giysinin her bir parçasının, hangi doğrultuda yerleştirilmesi gerektiğini ifade eder. Düz iplik doğrultusu, giysi yapısında çok önemli bir unsurdur. Düz iplik doğrultusunda üretilmemiş bir giysi iyi bir kalite ve görünüme sahip olmayacaktır ve giyildiğinde düzgün görünmeyecektir. Konfeksiyon üreticileri, sürekli olarak üretim giderlerini azaltmanın yollarını aramaktadırlar. Kumaştan faydalanma oranını artırmak, bu giderleri azaltma yollarından bir tanesidir. Bunun için konfeksiyon üreticileri, genellikle kalıpların yerini eksen üzerinden döndürmek suretiyle, kesim planı resminde kalıp parçalarını yakınlaştırarak, kumaş tasarrufu sağlama yoluna gitmektedirler. Bu araştırmada, giysi kalite ve görünümü değişmeden, düz iplik ekseninden sapmanın, kumaş sarfiyatına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bunun için de seçilen farklı ürünlerin kalıpları hazırlanıp, serilendirilip, bilgisayarlı sistemde, düz iplik doğrultusundan sapmalar yapıldığında, ne kadar kumaş sarfiyatı yapılacağı incelenmiştir.
Fabric grainline defines the placement of each garment piece of a completed garment. Straight grainline is a critical element in apparel construction and the garment that is cutt off grain, has not a good garment appearance and quality and when worn this garment will not fit correctly. Apparel manufacturers are always looking for the solutions to reduce the production costs. Increasing fabric utilization is one of the ways to reduce these costs. For tjns reason, apparel manufacturers usually use tilting patterns off-grain to maximize fabric efficiency. In this study, without any changing in gannent appearance and quality, the effect of tilting pattern off-grain on fabric usage amount are examined. For this reason, different types of models are selected and the pattern of them are prepared. Then by computered system, fabric usage amount are determined.
