dc.description.abstractEndüstriyel devrimle birlikte, dünya çapında kentlerin büyümesi, araç kullanımının artması, hızlı endüstrileşme ve buna karşılık planlama ve çevresel düzenlemelerdeki eksiklikler sonucu gittikçe artan hava kirliliği pek çok ülkede sağlık ve çevre sorunlarına yol açmıştır. Çevresel denetim programlarında, canlıların indikatör olarak kullanımları, bu projelerin doğru sonuçlara daha rahat ve ucuz yoldan ulaşmalarını sağlamaktadır. Bu tez projesinde İzmir kentinin yoğun sanayi bölgesinde bal arılarından yararlanarak biyoizleme uygulanmıştır. Bölgede ısı ve enerji ihtiyacını karşılamak için aşırı miktarda kullanılan kömür ve odun, havada pirojenik kaynaklı PAH kirliliğine sebep olmuştur. Bal arı örneklerinde petrojenik PAH'ların origini mühtemelen motorlu araçlar ve petrokimya endüstrisinden kaynaklanmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith the industrial revolution, worldwide growth of cities, increased vehicle use, rapid industrialization and correspondingly lack of planning and environmental regulations, increasing air pollution in many countries has led to health problems and environmental issues. environmental control programs, use as an indicator of living, providing more convenient and inexpensive way to reach the correct result of these projects. This thesis project, biomonitoring has been applied in the busy industrial area of Izmir with using of honeybees. Used excessive amounts of coal and wood for heat and power to meet the needs of the region, has led to the pyrogenic origin of PAH pollution in the air.
