| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET AROMATİK PSEPASATLARIN BAKLA KÖKLERİ ÜZEEİNöEKİ ETKİLERİ MANGUŞ, Özlem Yüksek Lisans Teri, Biyoloji Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Prof. Dr. Bilkan ÖZÖRGÜCü Ocak 2000, Sayfa! 66 Araştırmada hava temizleyici ve toku giderici olarak insanların yaşadığı ortamlarda kullandıklan İM değişik aromatik preparat içeren iki farklı ürünün dar hacimli bir ortamda bakla kökü üzerinde yarattığı etkiler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Morfolojik olarak bu ürünler, uygulama aklığına bağlı olarak paralel doğrultuda köklerde kontrollere oranla boyda azalma ve belirgin bir pigmentasyon oltaya çıkmıştır. Sitolojik düzeyde kontrol ve deneme materyali kök uçlarından hazırlanan ezme preparatlarda, madde uygulananlarda polarite bozukluğu, kalgm kromozomlar, mikronukleus} nukleus şekil bozuklukları, kromozom kollarında kopma, dev hücreler ve biıııkleus anomalileri saptanmıştır. In this research, the effects of two different products that contain two different aromatic preparations which the people use as air conditioner and scent removers in their living environment on the roots of bean in the narrow and small environment (small box). Morphologically these products, depending on the frequency and the duration of the application, caused a decrease in the length of the roots and a clear pigmentation in the roots. In the level of cytology in the paste preparations that is composed of the roots tips of control and experimental materials in the ones that the materials are applied to, defects in polarity, lag chromosomes, charges in shapes of micronueleus and nucleus, rupture in the branches of the chromosomes, giant cells and binueleus anomalies are observed. Differences in proportions of the areas of mitotic index and nucleus-cytoplasm are determined according to the controls. Keywords are Aromatic preparation, mitosis anomalies. | en_US |
