dc.description.abstractGünümüzde inovasyon uygulamalarında başarılı olan işletmelerin, rekabet gücünü koruduğu ve hatta rekabet üstünlüğü elde ettiği bilinmektedir. İnovatif uygulamaların hayata geçirilmesinin yanında düzenli olarak işletmelerin inovasyon yeteneklerinin analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir. Analiz ve değerlendirmeler sonucu elde edilen bulgulara göre, işletmelerin inovasyon yaratma süreçlerinde sahip oldukları zayıf ve güçlü yönleri saptanabilmektedir. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında, Türk teknik tekstil sektöründe faaliyette bulunan firmaların inovasyon yeteneklerine etki eden unsurların analizi ile birlikte sektörün SWOT analizinin yapılması ve aynı zamanda sektörün inovasyon yeteneğinin arttırılması için çeşitli önerilerde bulunulması hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, Türkiye'nin ilk 500 büyük sanayi kuruluşu içerisinde bulunan ve teknik tekstiller alanında faaliyet gösteren tekstil işletmelerine yapılan anket sonucunda elde edilen veriler AHP (Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci) ve FCE (Bulanık kapsamlı değerlendirme yöntemi) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre Türk teknik tekstilinin inovasyon yeteneği "orta düzey" olarak ölçümlenmiş ve sektörün inovasyon yeteneğini bu nihai sonuca ulaştıran etmenler detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, it is known that successful companies in innovation applications have been maintaining their competitive power and even superiority in competition. In addition tosuccessful innovation applications into practice, it is also necessary to analyze the innovation capabilities of enterprises on a regular basis. According to the findings based on these regular analyses and evaluations, the strengths and weaknesses of firms in innovation creation processes can be determined. Within the scope of this thesis, in addition to the analysis of the factors affecting the innovation capabilities of the companies operating in the Turkish technical textile sector, it is aimed to carry out the SWOT analysis of the sector together with suggesting various proposals to increase the innovation capability of the sector. In this respect, the data obtained through the field study, conducted with the technical textiles companies among the top 500 industrial enterprises in Turkey, is evaluated within the methods of AHP and FCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation). According to the research result, the innovation capability of the Turkish technical textile sector is measured as "Medium Level" and the factors that bring the innovation capability of the sector to this final result are explained one by one.en_US
