Özet
DSİ Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından, sulama amaçlı Beydağ Barajının inşaatı için yakın zamanda bazı arazilerin kamulaştırması yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, baraj göl alanının oluşturulması için kamulaştırmalar önümüzdeki yıllarda da devam edecektir. Bu araştırmada, DSI'nin özellikle Beydağ Barajı ile ilgili olarak yapacağı kamulaştırmalarda kullanılabilecek kapitalizasyon faiz oranı % 4.48 olarak saptanmıştır. Takdir komisyonlarınca ve bilirkişilerce bu oranının esas alınması, bu yöndeki anlaşmazlıktan bir ölçüde ortadan kaldırabilecektir.
Recently, the condemnation of a certain quantity of land by The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works took place for the construction of the irrigation oriented Beydağ Dam. On the other hand, the condemnation process, in order to establish the reservoir area, is expected to continue during next few years. In this study, the appropriate capitalization rate to be used for the condemnations in Beydağ Dam are determined to be 4.48 percent. The consideration of this rate by the Valuation Commissions and experts is supposed to decrease the conflicts about the subject to a great extend.
