dc.description.abstractAçı kapanması glokomunun zamanında tanısı ve doğru tedavisi, görmenin korunması için kritik öneme sahiptir. Cerrahi tedavi, tıbbi ve lazer tedavisine rağmen yetersiz göz içi basıncının kontrolü ile beraber optik sinir ve görme alanı hasarının devam ettiği durumlarda endikedir. Bu makalede primer açı kapanması glokomunda cerrahi tedavinin endikasyonları, komplikasyonları ve teknik özellikleri tartışılacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe proper timely diagnosis and treatment of angle closure glaucoma is critical for the preservation of vision. Surgical management is indicated where there is inadequate control of the IOP with progression of optic nerve or visual field damage despite medical and lazer treatment. in this article we discuss the indications, complications, and technical specifications of surgical treatment in primary angle closure glaucoma.en_US
