Özet
Bu tez esas olarak altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tezin giriş kısmına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde , tezin anlaşılabilir olması için kaba küme, bulanık küme gibi bazı temel kavramlar ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, esnek küme kavramı ve esnek kümelerde karar verme algoritması incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, kaba bulanık ve kaba esnek küme kavramları tanıtılıp bazı özellikler incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, esnek kaba küme kavramı detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve esnek kaba topolojik uzay kavramları tanıtılmış, bu kavramın özellikleri ve teoremleri çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca esnek kaba kümelerde temel karar verme algoritmaları ve esnek kaba topolojik uzaylarda çoklu kriterlerde karar verme algoritmaları araştırılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde, esnek kaba bulanık küme kavramı ve özellikleri tanıtılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde verilen esnek kaba kümeler ile esnek kaba bulanık kümeler arasındaki ilişikiler incelenmiştir. Son olarak esnek kaba bulanık kümelerde karar verme algoritmaları araştırılmıştır.
This thesis essentially consists of six chapters. In the first chapter, the subject of thesis is introduced. In the second chapter, in order to make the thesis understandable, preliminary information related to the previous studies in the literature is given. In the third chapter, the concept of soft sets and decision making algorithm in soft sets are investigated. In the fourth chapter, the concepts of rough fuzzy and rough soft sets are given and some features of these concepts are studied. In the fifth chapter, the concept of soft rough sets is investigated in detail and the concept of soft rough topological space is introduced, the properties and theorems of these concepts are obtained. Also, basic decision making algorithms in soft rough sets and multi criteria decision making algorithms in soft rough topological spaces are examined. In the six chapter, the concept of soft rough fuzzy set and its properties are given. The relationships between these sets and soft rough sets which are mentioned in Chapter 5 are investigated. Lastly, decision making algorithms are studied on soft rough fuzzy sets.
