dc.description.abstractBu tezde hedef önceliğinin önemli olduğu harekât ortamında radarlar ile bazı hedeflerin daha hassas tespit ve takip edilmesi gerektiğinde Bulanık Mantık Metodu ile kaynak yönetimi yapan bir algoritma oluşturulmuştur. Bu kaynak yönetimi kapsamında dört adet hedef özelliği ile oluşan hedef önceliğine göre anten parametreleri Bulanık Mantık Metodu ile hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmamızda geleneksel olarak atış kontrol radarlarında, erken ihbar radarlarında, füze güdüm algoritmaları gibi yerlerde hedef önceliğinde kullanılan Ağırlıklandırılmış Metod ve Sabit Değer Metodu da ele alınmış oluptekli ve çoklu hedef simülatör ortamlarında Bulanık Mantık Metodu ile elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Bulanık mantığın diğer iki metoda üstünlüğü gözlemlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a resource management algorithm based on fuzzy logic method is applied to an operation zone where target priority is important and some of the targets have to be tracked with a higher sensitivity.In this resource management scope, radar parameters were computed by fuzzy logic method according to the priorities of targets complying with four specialties of target. In our work weighted method and constant value method, it also was handled by conventional fire control radar, early warning radar, missile guidance. In this regard, fuzzy logic method used in this thesis was compared with the traditional methods in the single target and multi target simulator environment. In conclusion, superiority of fuzzy logic method to the other two methods is observeden_US
