Kumlu Tınlı Toprakta Yetiştirilen Kabak Bitkisinin Verim ve Mineral İçeriği Üzerine Yeşil Gübrelemenin Etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışma, yeşil gübre bitkilerinin organik kabak yetiştiriciliğine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak, 10 m2 lik parsellerde kurulmuştur. Çalışmada, 5 yeşil gübre bitkisi (Adi fiğ, bezelye, bakla, koca fiğ, lüpen), ticari gübre ve kontrol parseller olmak üzere 7 uygulama bulunmaktadır. Denemede kullanılan yeşil gübre bitkilerinde, toprağa karıştırılmadan önce, boy, yeşil kütle verimi, makro ve mikro besin element içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Uygulama sonrası ise kabakta verim, meyve eni, meyve boyu, kuru madde miktarı ve yaprak besin element içerikleri analizlenmiştir. Yeşil gübre bitkilerinin boyları, yeşil kütle verimleri, N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Mn içerikleri istatistiki olarak önemli düzeyde birbirinden farklı bulunmuştur. Bezelyede, yükseklik; baklada, yeşil kütle verimi ve Fe içeriği; adi fiğde, N, P, K, Cu; lüpende, Mn, diğerlerine göre, en yüksek değerlerde saptanmıştır. Yeşil gübre uygulamaları, kabak verimini önemli düzeyde etkilemiş olup; en düşük verim, kontrol parsellerinde (7180 kg da-1) belirlenmiştir. Yeşil gübre bitkisi olarak bezelye uygulaması ile % 42.3 lük bir artış kaydedilerek en yüksek kabak verimine (10573 kg da-1) ulaşılmıştır. Kontrol, yeşil gübre bitkileri ve mineral gübre uygulamalarının, kabak bitkisi yapraklarının makro ve Zn dışındaki mikro element içeriklerine, istatistiksel olarak önemli etkisi olmamıştır.
This study was conducted in order to determine effect of green manure (Vicia faba, Pisum arvense, Vicia narbonensis, Vicia sativa, Lupinus albus) in organic pumpkin production. The experimental design was a randomised block with three replications and plots of 10 m2 . In the study 7 applications were existed as 5 green manure crops, commercial fertilizer and control plots. In green manure crops used in the experiment, length, green biomass, macro and micro nutrient element contents were determined. After applications in pumpkin, fruit width, length, dry matter content and leaf nutrient content were analysed. Vegetation heights, green biomass, N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Mn content of green manure crops were significant different from each other statistically. In Pisum arvense, vegetation height; in Vicia faba, green biomass and Fe content, in Vicia sativa, N, P, K, Cu; in Lupinus albus, Mn, were analysed the highest values. Green manure applications, had a significant effect on pumpkin yield and the lowest yield, were determined the control plots (7180 kg da-1). In Pisum arvense application as a green manure, had reached to the highest yield of pumpkin (10573 kg da-1) as recorded increase of 42.3%. Control, green manure crops and mineral fertilizer applications were not statistically significant effect to macro, microelement contents of pumpkin plant leaves except the content of Zn.
