Özet
Suprahyoid bölgenin diseksiyonu sırasında formalin ile fikse edilmiş bir erkek kadavrada sağ taraftaki m.digastricus'un venter anterior'u üç karınlı olarak gözlendi. Bu tip bir varyasyon patolojik durumlarla kolay karışabilir. Bu nedenle özellikle ağız tabanına ait CT ve MR ile görüntülemelerde bir yanlışlığa sebep olmamak için bu kasın varyasyonlarının bilinmesi gerekir.
During the anatomical dissection of the suprahyoid region, the right digastric muscle was found with three bellies in a male cadaver fixed in formalin. This kind of variation can easily be confused with pathologic conditions. Because of this reason, knowledge of the digastric muscle variations is important when evaluating the floor of the mouth with CT and MR imaging.
