| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, parazitolojik ve radyolojik olarak erken ve geç dönem fasciolasis tanısı konmuş hastalara ait serum örnekleri. Western blotting (WB) yöntemi ile incelenmiş ve serum örnekleri tarafından tanınan polipeptid fraksiyonları değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar, hasta serum antikorlarının özellikle düşük moleküler ağırlıklı fraksiyonlardan 5-12, 17, 25-29, 32, 40-43, 58 kDa'luk antijenlerden en az birine yüksek spesilîte gösterdiğini, diğer serolojik yöntemlerle elde edilecek sonuçların doğrulanmasında, WB yönteminin etkin ve güvenli bir test olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the sera of patients, who had been parasitologically or radiologically diagnosed as early or late stages of fasciolasis, were examined by Western blotting. The results were evaluated by determining the polypeptide fractions, reacting to serum antibodies. There was specificity to at least one of the low molecular weight fractions of 5-12, 17, 25-29, 32, 40-43, 58 kDa, showing the efficiency of Western blotting as a confirmation test, especially in samples found to be positive by other serological tests. | en_US |
