Özet
Günümüzde kent yaşamından sıkılan insanlar doğal alanlara yönelik turizmi tercih eder olmuşlardır. Jeolojik yapılar geçmişe ait izleri bugüne taşımaları ve ilginç görünümleriyle doğaseverlere birçok güzel örnek sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada önemli jeolojik ögeleriyle Kızılcahamam-Çamlıdere Jeopark öneri alanı ve yakın çevresi incelenmiş, bölgede jeolojik mirasa ilişkin farkındalığın oluşturulması ve jeoturizm için alternatif bir alan kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır.
Nowadays, people get bored of city life and tend to refer nature based • "tourism activities. Geological structures represent many beatiful examples to nature lovers as they move traces of the past today and with their interesting views. With in this case, Kızılcahamam-Çamlıdere Geoparks area and its surroundings are examined by focusing on its geological elements. Furthermore the aims are to raise awareness regarding the important geological heritage in the region, thus developing an alternative area for geotourism.
