| dc.description.abstract | Eozinofili, periferik kanda eozinofil sayısının 700/mm3 'den fazla olmasına denir. Eozinofilinin birçok nedeni vardır, en sık iki nedeni ise paraziter enfeksiyonlar ve allerjik hastalıklardır. Eozinofili, hematolojik malignitelerde, özellikle Hodgkin hastalığı, mikozis fungoidesde sık olarak görülmektedir; solid tümörlerde ise enderdir. Bu yazıda mide karsinomu ve kemoterapi sonrası dramatik olarak kaybolan eozinofili beraberliği gösteren bir olgu sunulmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Eosinophilia is defined as the amount of eosinophils more than 700/mm3 at the peripheral blood. There are many causes of eosinophilia, but the two most common ones are the parasitic infections and allergic disorders. Eosinophilia can be seen in hematological malignancies such as Hodgkin's disease and mycosis fungoides, and occured rarely in solid organ malignancies. In this article, we present a case with gastric carsinoma associated with eosinophilia that disappeared dramatically after chemotherapy. | en_US |
