IX ÖZET BAZI YILLIK YONCA TÜRLERİNİN VERİM VE MORFOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİ ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA KIR, Behçet Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi : Prof. Dr. Hikmet SOYA Ocak 1999, 43 sayfa Bu çalışma Bornova/IZMIR ekolojik koşullarında 1995 vejetasyon döneminde; üç farklı yıllık yonca türünün Ege Bölgesi Koşullarına adaptasyon yeteneklerinin saptamak amacıyla yürütülmüş ve yeşil ot, kuru ot, kuru madde ve tohum verimleri ile ana dal sayısı, orta yaprakçık indeksi, yaprak-sap oram gibi karakterpler incelenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre, Medicago truncatula; kuru madde verimi,sap oram, orta yaprakçık indeksi'nde en iyi sonucu göstermiştir. Medicago scuteüata; tohum verim, yaprak oram açısından en başanh tür olmuştur. Medicago ciüaris; yeşil ot ve kuru ot verimi 'nde en iyi sonucu sergilemiştir. ABSTRACT INVESTIGATIONS ON THE YIELD AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SOME ANNUAL ALFALFA SPECIES KIR, Behçet MSc in, Field Crops Department Supervisior : Prof. Dr. Hikmet SOYA October 1999, 43 pages This study was conducted to determine the adaptation efficiencies of Aegean Region conditions of three different annual medic varieties under Boraova/IZMIR ecological conditions during the vegetation period of 1995. The green matter, hay, dry matter and seed yields, leaf and steam proportions were tested. According to obtained data, Medicago truncatula gave the best results in the dry matter yield, steam proportion, middle leaf index. Medicago scutellata was the most succesrul species in terms of seed yield, leaf proportion.
