Öğe Autoerythrocyte sensitization syndrome(1973) Karaca M.; Akoguz O.; Bolukoglu B.[No abstract available]Öğe Different alternatives of reconstruction for complicated tissue defects localized on proximal femur [Uyluk proksimaline yerleşen komplike doku defektleri için farkli rekonstrüksiyon seçenekleri](2012) Temiz G.; Gönüllü M.E.; Filinte G.T.; Özek C.; Tiftikçioglu Y.; Karaca M.Repair of complex inguinal region defects still creates problems for plastic surgeons. Healing of groin wounds sometimes poses difficulties because of insufficient thickness and poor vascularity of the skin (1). After primary recontrouction, wound infection and dehisence frequently occur (2). For the reconstruction of inguinal region it appears to be necessary to use pediculated or free flaps that are better vascularized, when all these situations have been considered (3). In these reports we discussed different reconstructive alternatives of the inguinal region tissue defects.Öğe The effect of oral anticoagulants on the adhesion and the aggregation of the platelets(1972) Kabakci T.; Karaca M.The effect of oral anticoagulants on the adhesion and the aggregation of the platelets was studied. 12 normal subjects, 26 patients with atherosclerosis and 4 patients with other kinds of diseases were submitted to this experiment. Phenprocoumon from the coumarine group was administered to 6 normal subjects and to 15 patients, while phenindione from the indandion group was given to the other 6 normal subjects and to 15 patients. Oral anticoagulants were given as a single dose to the normal persons and to one group of patients and they were administered for a period of 3 wk to another group of patients. The adhesion of the platelets (in vivo and in vitro) and their time of aggregation (with ADP and collagen) were measured before the administration of the drug and on the 1st, 2nd and 4th days after it in one group, and after 1, 2, 3 wk for another group of cases. With the treatment of the oral anticoagulants, there was no significant alteration in the adhesion of the platelets either in the normal subjects or in the patients. But on the 3rd day following the intake of oral anticoagulants, a great acceleration of the aggregation time (induced by ADP and collagen) was observed and it was decided to take this fact into consideration in the oral anticoagulant therapy.Öğe Local fibrinolytic activity of vessel wall and venous pressure(1977) Akoguz O.; Karaca M.[No abstract available]Öğe ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES IN HÆMOPHILIA(1971) Karaca M.; Kocabas A.; Kabakci T.; Akoguz Ö.[No abstract available]Öğe Platelet collagen reaction in Cushing syndrome(1980) Karaca M.; Bilkay Bolukoglu B.C.[No abstract available]Öğe Platelet-leukocyte adherence phenomenon in auto-immune thrombocytopenias(1980) Mentes S.; Karaca M.[No abstract available]
