Özet
Lateral crura are the main structures supporting the external valve. When conducted excessively, cephalic trim can cause valve collapse. However, instead of removing the cephalic segment of the lateral crus, it can be turned in and sutured like a sandwich. By this preservation technique, the deformed lateral crus can be reshaped more favorably and supported. If the scroll area is kept intact, this flap can be helpful supporting both the external and internal valve. © 2023 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
