The study was carried out in organic farming certified parcels at Application and Research Farm of Ege University, Faculty of Agriculture. The strawberry cultivars, such as 'Ventana', 'Diamente', 'Sweet Charlie', 'Elsante', 'Camarosa', 'Caminoreal', 'Albion' and 'Aromas' have been cultivated according to organic farming principles and compared with the 'Rubygem' cultivar which has been successfully cultivated extensively in the region in terms of yield and quality characteristics. Yield per plant (g), fruit weight (g), fruit diameter (mm) and length (mm), fruit shape, ach en state and color, fruit interior filling, fruit hardness (kg) total soluble solids (%), titratable acidity (g 100 mL(-1)) and fruit color (L*, a* and b*) were investigated. According to the obtained results and cluster analysis, 'Camarosa' and 'Sweet Charlie' cultivars can be considered as suitable cultivars for the region in organic farming.en_US
