Özet
Pharyngocutaneous fistula is a common complication occurs after pharyngeal, hypopharyngeal, laryngeal tumor surgeries. Postoperative radiotherapy, lack of local tissues, accompanying diseases, and leakage of saliva results in recurrence of fistulas treated with primary or local flap closure. Each surgery performed complicates the next one. In this study, a patient with a pharyngocutaneus fistula, which was failed to closed with multiple procedures before ;a succesfull closure achived with a prefabricated pectoral flap is presented.
