dc.description.abstract | In this study, self and cross pollination were carried out in important dried apricot cultivars ('Hacihaliloglu', 'Hasanbey', 'Cataloglu', 'Kabaasi' and 'Soganci') during two years. Pollen viability and germination tests were performed. Pollen production/anther and flower was determined. Pollen tube development in style was investigated. The highest germination values were obtained from in 15% sucrose medium. 'Hasanbey' and 'Soganci' had the highest viability in TTC and IKI tests. 'Hasanbey' and 'Kabaasi' can be used as pollinizers for all investigated varieties. | en_US |
