dc.description.abstractThe paper here presents a general information on the relationship between quality properties and mineral nutrition of crops. The results given and discussed are mostly obtained from a series of research activities on the main crops of Aegean region, such as oil crops, fruit trees, vegetables and tobacco. The results indicate presence of a close relationship between quality and nutrition of the crops. Even though quality is a complex concept, existence of significant relationships between quality and nutrition is presented.en_US
