With the development of technology and the increased use of robotic surgery, robotic anterior peritoneoscopic, and robotic posterior retroperitoneal adrenalectomy (RPRA) have been adopted by many high-volume tertiary centers as an alternative treatment to conventional endoscopic and open adrenalectomy. RPRA is a feasible and technically safe technique for adrenal disease; however, there is still a lack of data in the literature, according to evidence-based medicine. © The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.en_US
