Özet
An evaluation of medicinal and aromatic plant trade in the world was discussed. The value of plants used for medical purposes is increased from $ 335 million in 1989 to $ 720 million in 1994. The problems faced in production and trade of medicinal and aromatic plants were a also studied. A number of proposals are also presented.
