Özet
In operational management systems the decision function is known as selecting the most suitable one in the pool of available alternatives. The decisions of management system are important because of productivity of the organization. Therefore the decision function is one of the basic elements which help to harmonize the plant with market dynamics Market conditions are of big importance in terms of the decision of product manufactured On the other hand, sometimes market is conducted by organizations. In both conditions plant organization must know about its own proper product and activate its whole facilities towards this direction. In this study, it is aimed that the most proper product to be manufactured should be selected according to the criteria desired. For this purpose, 4 different trouser models and 11 different production criteria were determined. Analytical hierarchy process was applied to these criteria and the most proper model was selected.
