Özet
This study aims to determine the factors affecting quality performance in construction projects and the degree of impact based on the perceptions of professionals. In the first stage of the study, 20 factors affecting quality performance were determined via literature review and interviews with construction professionals. In the second stage, a questionnaire was designed to determine the degree of impact of the factors on the quality performance, and the results of the questionnaire were evaluated by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and Relative Importance Index methods. The results show that the five most important factors affecting the quality performance are Not considering the project in detail at the beginning, Lack of work quality information and/or not applying it fully, Selection of the subcontractor, Compliance with the contract and its annexes and Cooperation and coordination between teams.
